A spec project of a hype video for the NHL’s New Jersey Devils.

Using found footage, I edited game highlights from the Devils’ most recent season using both Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. For this video, it does not solely focus on those highlights, and includes also hero shots and reactions of the players on the team during goals and other important moments of the game.

The intro to the video includes footage from previous seasons in the Devils’ history, to show how they got to where they are now. It fades from back and white to color to represent the time passing to the present day season, where the color is the most vibrant.
